Ask before you pay.

A question you have not had answered is a good reason not to order. Send it and you get a straight answer, including ‘no, we cannot do that one’ when that is the answer. We answer inside one business day.

The three things people usually ask

Confirm a ticker before I pay

Can you cover this ticker — opens an email to [email protected] with the right subject line already in it.

Ask a question about the breakdown

Question about a breakdown — opens an email to [email protected] with the right subject line already in it.

Get a quote for 11 or more tickers

Quote for 11+ tickers — opens an email to [email protected] with the right subject line already in it.

Or write to [email protected] about anything else. Grant answers the address.

One thing we cannot answer

We cannot answer questions about your personal situation — what you should do with a position, how much to size, whether something suits you. Not because we are being careful with words: it is that we do not know anything about your circumstances and we do not want to. A breakdown is compiled from a standing catalogue of analysis modules that exists independently of any order. It is not tailored to your holdings, your finances or your objectives, and it takes no account of them. Choosing which tickers you receive does not make it personal advice.

Questions about what an indicator measures, what a reading means, whether we can cover a ticker, or what is inside the document — all fair game, and we would rather answer ten of those than take one order from someone who was unsure.
