1. Who we are
Ticker Breakdown is a publication operated by ECWE Ventures LLC, 202 N Cedar Ave, STE #1, Owatonna, MN 55060. Contact: [email protected].
2. What is being sold
Not investment advice. Not a recommendation. No prediction of future prices. Ticker Breakdown publishes impersonal, general-circulation market analysis on a regular schedule. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide individualised investment advice.
This document does not predict price movements. Every figure in it is a measurement of conditions that already exist in the price and volume history as of the stated date. A reading described as 'supporting higher prices' means only that the indicator is in the state historically associated with that direction — it is a description of the present, not a claim about the future.
A breakdown is compiled from a standing catalogue of analysis modules that exists independently of any order. It is not tailored to your holdings, your finances or your objectives, and it takes no account of them. Choosing which tickers you receive does not make it personal advice.
3. Delivery
What you receive is a PDF. Standard delivery is within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Rush delivery is within 24 hours and costs $19. Delivery is by email to the address on the order.
4. Refunds
If we do not deliver, you are refunded in full. If we confirm a ticker and then cannot cover it, you are refunded in full. If the file you receive is for the wrong ticker, is unreadable, or is missing sections this page says it contains, we rebuild it or refund it, your choice. We do not refund on the grounds that the measurements were not the ones you hoped to read.
5. Risk
Technical indicators disagree with each other routinely, including in this document. Securities can and do move opposite to every indicator on this page at the same time. You can lose money, including your entire position.
We publish no performance record and claim none. No figure in this document should be read as evidence that following it would have produced a profit.
6. Licence
A breakdown is licensed to the person or organisation that ordered it, for their own use. Quote it, print it and share extracts with attribution. Do not resell it, republish it in full, or present it as your own work.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a breakdown is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the version in force for your order is the one published on the day you ordered. The date at the top of this page is the last change.
