Privacy notice

1. What we collect

We collect the email address you order from, the tickers you ask for, and what you write to us. We do not ask for and do not want your holdings, your net worth, your income or your objectives. We do not sell or share your data. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.

2. Why the list is short

The document is not tailored to your circumstances, so your circumstances are not an input to it. The best protection for personal data is not holding it, and that is the position the product design puts us in.

3. Payment data

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never sent to us or stored by us. We see the amount, the date and the email address on the order.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting. Correspondence is kept so we can answer follow-up questions about a document you bought.

5. Your requests

Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we do it. Write to [email protected]. There is no form.

6. Email

We email you about an order you placed. If we ever send anything commercial, it carries a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
